THE BLUE MOUNTAINS BUSINESS ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
The initial 1 day accreditation program will focus on:
- Living in a World Heritage Region - - Introducing the purpose and philosophy of BMBA accreditation and how it will work - - Discussing what each of the 6 Building Blocks and their Principles mean and how they apply to their specific business - - Determining which actions each business wants to focus on for the next year - - Writing a 1st pass action plan for business including self assessment - - Considering what each businesses next step might be and how they will adopt these principles for the long term.
Once accredited, the business will have access to the Blue Mountains Tourism brand for their advertising material, and a business plan for economic, environmental and social sustainability.
We will be running the course every 4 – 6 weeks based on demand for the program.
