Who will oversee the program

An independent Accreditation & Brand Panel will maintain the quality of the program, oversee approval of brand partners and deal with any breaches of the terms and conditions.

The Panel will comprise representatives from the three principal brand partners - Blue Mountains Tourism Limited, BIZNET Blue Mountains and Blue Mountains City Council.

Businesses found to be in breach of their licence agreement will be asked to explain then reported to the Licencing Panel with recommendations for disqualification from the program if immediate remedial action is not taken.
